Puppy Health Guarantee & Purchase Agreement

Clear, caring guidelines to ensure your Bernedoodle’s healthiest start and lifelong success in their new home.

This agreement is between Lolli’s Bernedoodles, LLC (“Breeder”) and the puppy’s new family (“Buyer”) for the purchase of one puppy (“Puppy”). Our goal is to ensure every puppy begins life healthy and transitions smoothly into a loving home.

Breeder Commitment

Your Puppy will go home healthy, dewormed, vaccinated, and examined by our veterinarian. Puppies remain with us until at least eight (8) weeks of age and are carefully matched to the right family.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Have Puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours and email proof and microchip confirmation to lollisdoodles@gmail.com
  • Maintain vaccinations, deworming, and monthly heartworm prevention
  • Avoid public places until vaccines are complete
  • Provide quality food, indoor living, daily exercise, and vet care
  • Avoid excessive jumping or stairs during the first year
  • Commit to lifelong care and training
  • Pay remaining balance at pickup (Zelle due one week prior)
  • Arrange travel and follow airline requirements
  • Enroll in 30 days of pet insurance and email confirmation


Lolli’s Bernedoodles loves receiving updates and photos and may share them on social platforms.

Genetic Health Guarantee

We offer a two (2) year genetic health guarantee against serious hereditary conditions. This does not apply if improper care, nutrition, vaccinations, weight management, or excessive impact activity occurs.


If hip dysplasia is diagnosed within two years, PennHIP results and vet documentation are required. Replacement puppy may be offered if available, or half the purchase price refunded. Veterinary expenses are not covered.


We cannot guarantee against accidental injury, illness, theft, or loss.

Spay/Neuter Agreement

Proof of spay or neuter is required by eight (8) months of age unless delayed by veterinarian recommendation. Failure to comply may result in return of the Puppy or additional breeding rights fees. Breeding quality is not guaranteed and requires health testing.

Agreement Terms

This agreement applies only to the original Buyer and is non-transferable. By signing, both parties agree to these terms.
