  • How do I reserve a puppy?

    Start by filling out our Puppy Application. Once approved, you’ll be invited to place a deposit to secure your spot on our reservation list.

  • How much is the deposit?

    Our non-refundable reservation fee is $500 and is applied toward your final purchase price.

  • How much do your puppies cost?

    Pricing varies slightly by coat type and markings. Please visit our Pricing & What’s Included page for full details.

  • What’s included with my puppy?

    Every Lolli’s puppy goes home with a vet check, vaccinations, deworming, microchip, a blanket with mom & litter scent, starter food, and our 1-Year Health Guarantee. Plus, we offer lifetime breeder support.

  • When can I bring my puppy home?

    Puppies go home at 8 weeks old. We’ll schedule pick-up or delivery as your puppy’s go-home date approaches.

  • Do you offer delivery?

    Yes! We offer local pickup in Florida, door-to-door ground transport, and flight nanny services. Learn more on our Puppy Transport & Delivery page.

  • Can I meet the puppies before choosing?

    We match puppies to families based on temperament and fit, but we do our best to include your preferences. We provide photos, videos, and temperament notes for each litter before selection.

  • What’s the difference between F1, F1B, and multigen Bernedoodles?

    Great question! We explain all of this on our What Is a Bernedoodle? page.

  • Are your dogs health tested?

    Yes! All of our breeding dogs are genetically tested for common breed-specific conditions to ensure the health and longevity of our lines.

  • Do you offer a health guarantee?

    Absolutely. We provide a written 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee with every puppy. Read more on our Health Guarantee page.

  • Do you recommend pet insurance?

    Yes! We partner with Trupanion to offer 30 days of free coverage when your puppy goes home. It’s optional but highly recommended.

  • How do I prepare for my puppy?

    We’ll send a full shopping checklist after your reservation. You can also visit our Recommended Products page to get a head start.
