Our Health Guarantee & Breeder Agreement

Clear, caring guidelines designed to protect your puppy and support your family every step of the way.

This agreement is between Lolli’s Bernedoodles, LLC (“Breeder”) and the puppy’s new family (“Buyer”) for the purchase of one puppy (“Puppy”). Our goal is to place healthy, happy puppies into loving lifelong homes.

Our Commitment to You

Lolli’s Bernedoodles carefully matches each puppy with the family that best fits their personality and lifestyle. Your Puppy will go home healthy, dewormed, current on age-appropriate vaccinations, and examined by our veterinarian. Puppies remain with us until at least eight (8) weeks of age.

Your Commitment as a Puppy Parent

The Buyer agrees to have the Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy-two (72) hours of going home and to submit proof of that visit and microchipping to lollisdoodles@gmail.com. Failure to do so will void this health guarantee.

While we follow preventative care protocols, puppies can occasionally carry parasites. The Buyer agrees to maintain routine vaccinations, deworming, and monthly heartworm prevention.

Until vaccinations are complete, the Puppy should avoid public places such as parks, pet stores, and puppy classes.

The Buyer agrees to provide quality large breed puppy food (we recommend Life’s Abundance Lamb and Rice All Stages Blend), indoor living, daily exercise, and regular veterinary care. Keeping your Puppy at a healthy weight and avoiding excessive jumping or stairs during the first year helps protect growing joints.

Bernedoodles thrive with training, attention, and socialization. Puppy classes are encouraged after vaccinations are complete.

The Buyer agrees never to surrender or rehome the Puppy without first contacting Lolli’s Bernedoodles. Bringing home a puppy is a lifelong commitment, and professional training should be pursued if needed.

The remaining balance is due at pickup and may be paid in cash or via Zelle. Zelle payments must be sent one week prior to Go Home Day.

If the Buyer cannot pick up the Puppy on Go Home Day, boarding is available at $50 per day for up to one week. The balance remains due on Go Home Day.

Travel arrangements are the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Puppies flying out of state must travel in cabin with the Buyer and meet airline requirements.

The Buyer agrees to enroll the Puppy in thirty (30) days of medical pet insurance and submit proof to lollisdoodles@gmail.com before taking the Puppy home.

We love staying connected and welcome updates and photos. The Buyer grants permission for Lolli’s Bernedoodles to share Puppy photos on social media and marketing platforms.

Genetic Health Guarantee

Lolli’s Bernedoodles provides a two (2) year genetic health guarantee against serious hereditary conditions that significantly affect quality of life. The Puppy is guaranteed healthy at the time of transfer.

This guarantee is void if the Puppy receives improper veterinary care, nutrition, exercise, vaccinations, becomes overweight, or engages in excessive impact activity during growth.

We do not guarantee OFA or PennHIP results. While we health test our breeding dogs, hip dysplasia is influenced by both genetics and environment.

Veterinary expenses after purchase remain the Buyer’s responsibility. We cannot guarantee against accidental injury, illness, theft, cancer, or other losses beyond our control.

Breeding Rights Agreement

Breeding rights are granted to the Buyer. Breeding quality is not guaranteed. The Buyer agrees to complete genetic testing and PennHIP and/or OFA evaluations before breeding and submit results to lollisdoodles@gmail.com.

Failure to complete required testing before breeding will be considered a breach of this agreement.

Agreement Terms

This agreement applies only to the original Buyer and is not transferable. By signing below, both parties agree to the terms of this Health Guarantee and Breeding Rights Agreement.
